This Privacy Policy explains how National Accident Assist ("NAA," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you visit nationalaccidentassist.com (the "Site") or use any forms, chat, phone numbers, SMS, or other services we offer (collectively, the "Services").
We are a marketing and information platform that helps connect people seeking accident and injury assistance with independent attorneys and law firms ("Partners"). We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Using our Services does not create an attorney–client relationship with NAA.
2) Personal Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with us. We may collect the following categories (examples are illustrative):

- Identifiers & Contact Data: name, email, phone number(s), address, ZIP code, IP address, cookie ID, device identifiers
- Accident/Case Details (Non-medical): date/location of incident, vehicle/insurance details, description of events, photos you upload, opposing party/insurer names, general injury descriptions you choose to share
- Government/Account Data: driver's license number, claim numbers, insurance policy numbers (if you choose to provide)
- Commercial & Interaction Data: forms submitted, referrals sent, call/SMS/chat logs, whether you engaged with a Partner
- Audio/Visual: call recordings or voicemail you leave with us (where permitted by law and/or with notice/consent)
- Internet/Device Activity: pages viewed, links clicked, timestamps, referrer URLs, browser/device type, approximate location from IP, session replay/heatmap data
- Inferences: interest segments or probable needs derived from the above

"Sale"/"Sharing" for Targeted Advertising (U.S. State Laws)
Some states define "sale" broadly to include transfers for "valuable consideration," and "sharing" to include transfers for cross-context behavioral advertising. - Use browser or device settings to send a GPC signal
- Adjust cookie/ad preferences in our site banner (if available)
Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
7) Communications Preferences (Email, Calls, SMS)

Consent to receive calls/texts is not a condition of using our Services or of legal representation.

Typical retention for lead/matching and call/SMS logs is up to 36 months unless a longer period is required or permitted by law or you request earlier deletion (subject to exemptions).

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10) Children's Privacy
The Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact info@nationalaccidentassist.com and we will delete it as required by law.
11) International Users
We operate in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. and other locations with different data-protection laws.
12) State-Specific Notices (Summary)
California (CA)
We collect the categories listed in Section 2 for the purposes in Section 3, from the sources in Section 2, and disclose them as described in Section 4. We may sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as described.
Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising/sale/certain profiling. See Section 6 to exercise and for appeals.
Nevada
We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law, but Nevada residents may submit opt-out requests to info@nationalaccidentassist.com.
We will update this section as additional state privacy laws become effective.
13) Third-Party Sites & Services
Our Site may link to third-party websites, apps, or services (including Partner law firms). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
14) Law-Enforcement, Legal Requests & Protection
We may access, preserve, and disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to: comply with law or legal process; enforce our Terms; respond to claims; or protect the rights, property, or safety of users, Partners, or the public.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
